Ivan Djambov
is from the second largest city in Bulgaria, Plovdiv. He came to the USA in 1996 to attend Ricks College, Idaho. He received a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Master degree in Public Administration from Brigham Young University, Utah in year 2000.
Immediately after graduation, Ivan was recruited to work for the Office of the Legislative Auditor General, where as a Senior Performance Auditor, he assessed the efficiency and effectiveness of both government and private organizations in Utah. Since 2004, Ivan has been working as a Legislative Fiscal Analyst, overseeing a budget of over $200 Million.
Ivan is fluent in German, English, Bulgarian, Serbo-Croatian, and Russian and loves working with people from different cultures.
Ivan joined One Heart Bulgaria in 2003 and considers it "a great privilege and duty to serve the sweet children of Bulgaria, who are misfortunate to have no parents to care for their needs."
